Paradise
Cove July 2005
So at the last minute this morning, we decided with our friend Jolanda that we would buddy boat to Paradise Cove for an overnight. I don't know why they call it buddy boat, our boats didn't play together or anything, unless boats play by just being near each other -- maybe that's it...
Anyway, here is a picture of Jolanda's boat while we were sailing over:

Here I am sticking my tongue at my mom again -- we were just leaving the marina at this time...

And here is a pic of our boat while we were sailing along...

I think this will be good to explain to alot of you out there why I like my room so much. That blue is not the side of our boat, but the bottom!!!!!! My room is on the opposite side in the back of the boat -- and believe me, I'm cozily 'resting' below. Mom also has my tunes on so I have something nice to listen to...

Here we are coming into Paradise Cove - that's Angel Island in the picture on the side of me (the side that's not my mom). Mom is just being silly with the camera.

I couldn't wait for my dinghy ride so I was sure to get dad moving on that right away. I offered to help any way that I could, but he didn't think it a good plan and choose to do it without my help -- but I supervised him anyway.

I did some ball playing...

And dad and I did some swimming...

I even made a friend...

He was a funny dog - his name was Doobie and he is a Dobie!!!! He loved to chase butterflies and dig on the beach. Luckily he lives right on the beach - so he gets to play there everyday.

Before I forget, Darby found a soccer ball for me to play with, so I was a soccer star!!!!!!

Eventually it was time to go back to the boat for dinner. I snuggled with mom....

Here's a nice picture of Jolanda's boat in the morning...

I was ready for a morning romp...
After a good romp on the beach, it was time to start getting ready for our sail home. When we got back to the marina, we saw another boat doggie...
